1st Grade Snowflakes

My 1st graders learned about radial symmetry this week. I don't expect any of them to remember the word, but they all learned the concept very well, except for one little boy who insisted, "but you said we could do any designs we want!" I clarified, "any designs you want as long as you do the same design on each of the six points of your snowflake."
